Our Gifting Process
We handle everything from product sourcing and gift curation to custom branding and shipping, so that you can deliver stunning gifts that reflect your brand, business, or event with ease.
Step One
Connect
Email us to get started. We will schedule a design call to review your gifting objectives, brand style, project budget, and timeline.
Step Two
Design
We will get to work sourcing chic and unique gifts and designing any custom products and packaging you requested.
After curating a few options we love, we will send you a project proposal so that you can review the gift selections, branded products and packaging, overall gift budget, and estimated project timeline.
Step Three
Fulfillment
Once you have approved your proposal, we will send you an invoice for your project. After payment is received in full, we will begin ordering products and packaging and start assembling your gift boxes.
After carefully packaging each gift, we can ship them directly to your clients or deliver to you so you can distribute yourself.
Adding Your Personal Touch
To further personalize your gift boxes, we offer a full suite of custom packaging options. We can add your logo to gift tags or box wraps, design and print custom cards in your color palette, and handwrite thoughtful notes to include in your gift boxes.

Do you have an order minimum?
For fully custom projects, we require a minimum order of 10 gift boxes. Don't need that many? Email us to see what we currently have in stock.
What is your price range?
Because we start each custom project from scratch, we are able to work with almost any budget. But typically, our gift boxes range between $100-250 each.
What is your lead time?
Our standard lead time for custom projects is 6-8 weeks. We always suggest starting your project as soon as possible if you have a certain deadline in mind to ensure product availability and to avoid shipping delays.
Can you include branded products I already own in my gift boxes?
Yes, we would be happy to. We will ask you to ship your branded products to us so that we can incorporate them into your gift box design.
Can you use my shipping account to ship my gift boxes?
Yes, we certainly can. While we are able to secure great shipping rates with our UPS shipping account, we are happy to use your business's shipping account if you prefer.
